Forms package example
New employee scenario: Have your new employees fill out multiple related forms, such as insurance, benefits, and equipment preferences. Here's how it works:
- 1 The employee completes the initial intake form that collects basic information.
- 2 A Notification email is sent to your new employee containing links to additional forms that must be completed. Each form can be pre-populated with information from the initial intake form. Some forms can be completed multiple times and some forms can be updated over multiple sessions.
- 3 Notification emails can be sent to one or more email addresses when each form is completed.
- 4 Within Formsite, all form results for a given employee are grouped together for easy viewing/processing. Results for each form can also still be viewed independently.
